As a Registered Design Practitioner in NSW, my focus has always been on apartment projects. I live in an apartment near the water in Bondi and I love the life apartment living gives me. 

Since founding TightKnit in 2021, I've watched the complexity of apartment projects increase - new strata regulations & the design and build practitioners act - the burden of paying for this additional paperwork and compliance has fallen to developers & owners committees. 

With our expertise in apartment projects, deep networks in the Class 2 space and = registration with NSW fair trading as Registered Design Practitioners, we have the experience to help you budget and complete apartment projects.
