**Who We Are**

# The TightKnit Difference

## Our story

### Scott Pearse - Director

As a Registered Design Practitioner in NSW, my focus has always been on apartment projects. I live in an apartment near the water in Bondi and I love the life apartment living gives me.

Since founding TightKnit in 2021, I've watched the complexity of apartment projects increase - new strata regulations & the design and build practitioners act - the burden of paying for this additional paperwork and compliance has fallen to developers & owners committees.

With our expertise in apartment projects, deep networks in the Class 2 space and = registration with NSW fair trading as Registered Design Practitioners, we have the experience to help you budget and complete apartment projects.

Everyone on our team of designers and drafters live in an apartment, we have a lived experience that make us the perfect partner for your next apartment building project.
